
Merchandise Night and Stash Sale
Merchandise Night/Stash Sale is scheduled for Thursday, August 13, 2026 with shopping from 5-9 p.m. This is an exciting event attended by hundreds of stitchers, including seminar attendees and local individuals.
Set up will begin at 3 p.m. and is available until the event opens at 5 p.m.
Tables for vendors will be available on a first come, first served basis. Full tables with two (2) chairs cost $75.00 each. Each additional table is $50.00 each. As we are a "cord free" event, please do not count on power outlets being available.
Past merchandise has included needlework bags, purses, antiques, handmade wood items, beads, books, fabric, linens, kits, and threads. It is a great venue for clearance items from your stock. Chapters and/or individuals also may purchase a table for a Stash Sale.

Advertising is available in the seminar handbook. Those vendors purchasing tables for Merchandise Night will be listed in the handbook. If space permits, we will give a brief description of items featured for sale by each vendor. Please note: vendors are solely responsible for filing all State of Texas sales tax forms required and remitting the amount due.
