Join us on Region Day for an informative lecture by fabric dyer extraordinaire Leslie LaFleur of Under the Sea Fabrics. Leslie will be sharing such information as how these amazing fabrics are made; how each type fabric reacts to the dying process; and how to choose the best fabric for your project to make it unique.

Leslie LaFleur Bio

Leslie started her handcrafting journey over 10 years ago, going full-time when her husband was deployed for a year. In 2011, she began marketing her beautiful hand-dyed fabrics by mail order. This resulted in her opening her shop, Under the Sea Fabrics in San Antonio. She still provides mail order service to around 300 customers; and her shop carries unique patterns, threads, and embellishments that complement her fabrics.
