REGISTRATION INFORMATION
Registration is open to all EGA members. All Seminar participants must be registered at the seminar hotel or pay a one-time commuter fee. Contact the hotel directly for reservations (see page 5.) Registration includes: classes; three lunches; one dinner banquet; favors; tote bag; chances for door prizes; Meet the Faculty event, and admissions to Merchandise Night, the bookstore, and the boutique.
Priority Registration—June 6-12, 2005
Registrations may be mailed to the Registrar, or delivered at Seminar 2005 in
Tulsa, Oklahoma. You may have someone else deliver your form and payment. All
registrations received in Tulsa, or postmarked June 6th through 12th, 2005, will
be treated equally for class selection purposes.
General Registration—June 13, 2005 to May 15, 2006
During General Registration class assignments will be on a first-come,
first-served basis, based on the date each is received, not postmarked. For best
selection, register as early as possible and no later than January 31, 2006
(receipt date). After that date, class selection may be limited.
Payment:
Checks or Money Orders should be made payable to: SCR Seminar 2006. The $40
non-refundable registration fee is due with your registration form. Class
selection notification letters with an invoice for total class and kit fees due
will be e-mailed by September 30, 2005. If registering after that date, class
selection notification letters and invoices will be e-mailed as registrations
are processed. All registration correspondence will be sent via e-mail. If you
prefer to receive your information via the US Postal Service, please add $2.00
to your registration total to cover postage and materials for mailing. If you
wish to pay in installments, we suggest you pay ˝ the total fee by November 1,
2005. All remaining fees are due by January 31, 2006. If registering after that
date, the full amount is due at the time of registration.
Before May 1, 2006, your registration payment is refundable, less the $40 registration fee. After May 1, 2006, there will be no refunds.
Registration forms may be copied. Be sure to keep a copy of your form for your records.
