ON SITE SEMINAR EVENTS OPEN TO ALL EGA MEMBERS
The following events are open to all EGA members. Seminar registration is not required. See the schedule for dates and times.
BOOKSTORE
Bobbie Racivz of the Yarn Barn of San Antonio will provide the bookstore. Bobbie is a “book addict” who takes pride in offering a wide, quality selection of new, used and antique needlework books to her customers.
BOUTIQUE
Pat Dugan of Stitcher’s Workshop, Arkansas, will provide an on-site boutique stocked with a variety of threads, needlework supplies and gift items. Pat has extensive retail experience, including other highly successful seminar boutiques.
MERCHANDISE NIGHT
At Merchandise Night you will be able to purchase needlework-related items from individual vendors, including shops and teachers, and from guilds. All vendors must be EGA members. Commercial vendors will receive additional information and will be asked to send a list of items for sale for prior approval by Seminar 2006. Chapters may sell needlework related items; non-needlework items may be sold only as a chapter fundraiser and with prior approval of Seminar 2006. OPPORTUNITY KNOCKS DRAWINGS
Each SCR Chapter may provide one entry (may be multiple items). Tickets are $1 each. Winners will be announced at the banquet. Winners are responsible for shipping if required. Contact Cyndi Scott at pedirn78@charter.net.
TEACHER SHOWCASE /MEET THE TEACHERS
Seminar 2006 faculty will be on hand to meet registrants, display their class pieces, and show other class pieces that they currently offer. Some teachers may pass out materials to students at this event—check your teacher letter.
REGISTRATION FOR SEMINAR 2007
Seminar 2007 class pieces will be on display and registration will begin.
Per EGA rules, no sales are allowed during Seminar 2006, including in hotel rooms, except for those permitted at these events or locations.
