The following events are open to all EGA
members.
Seminar registration not required to participate.
BOOKSTORE
Our bookstore will be handled by Ruth Kern Books of Phoenix, Arizona. They
will have a wide selection of needlework books and supplemental
needlework-related merchandise stocked for us.
MERCHANDISE NIGHT
Merchandise Night is an opportunity to purchase needlework-related items from
individual vendors and guilds.
All vendors must be members of EGA. Chapters may sell non-embroidery items
as a chapter fund-raiser only with prior approval. No sales may be made in
the classrooms or at Teachers’ Showcase.
Vendors will be sent additional information and will be asked to send a list of
items for sale for approval prior to Merchandise Night.
OPPORTUNITY KNOCKS
You may win one of the special fund-raising entries chapters submit to
“Opportunity Knocks.” Each chapter is asked to participate in this
fund-raiser for their chapter. Winners of the chapter entries will be
announced at the Saturday luncheon.
NOTE: There will be no “boutique” at this seminar. Tulsa
is blessed to have three outstanding needlework stores all within one to two
miles of the hotel. Most needlework-related items that you might need (or
desire) can be found at these shops.
