Meeting Information

Houston Chapter

Meetings are held the 2nd Tuesday of each month at Chapelwood Methodist Church, 11140 Greenbay Road, Houston, TX 77024. We gather for coffee and fellowship at 9:30 a.m. followed by our general meeting at 10:00 a.m.

We have a satellite group, Gulf Coast Golden Needles, which meets at 7:00 p.m. on the 3rd Tuesday of the month at the Webster Recreation Center, 600 Pennsylvanie Avenue, Webster, TX. It is conveniently located just off NASA Road 1 near Highway 3. We meet before the meeting for dinner at McAlister's Deli.

Stitch-Ins

Houston Chapter

Stitch-ins are held at 10:00 a.m. on the 4th Tuesday of each month and the location is announced and published in our newsletter monthly. This is an opportunity to visit and stitch in an informal, relaxed format and we always welcome prospective members to come and get to know us!

Membership

Membership includes monthly educational meetings, a monthly newsletter, and a subscription to the EGA magazine, Needle Arts. Membership is open to all persons without regard to race, color, creed, or stitching proficiency, upon application and payment of the following annual dues:

Primary Membership in HEG - $57.00
Plural Membership within South Central Region - $15.00
Plural Membership outside South Central Region - $20.00
Life Membership in HEB - $20.00
